Our Services
At Alef Care, we provide professional, compassionate home care services designed to support people with a wide range of needs, including older adults, individuals with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, and physical disabilities.
All our care is person-centred and fully tailored, taking into account individual needs, preferences and budgets. We offer flexible support, from short daily visits to comprehensive care packages, ensuring the right level of care at the right time.
How can we support you?
We can support you with daily routines such as washing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Our trained carers provide respectful, dignified assistance to help maintain independence.
Personal Care
We understand loneliness can be experienced in different ways by different people, whether through a lack of emotional attachment with close ones, through social loneliness and not being able to enjoy your hobbies or interests. Through comprehensive care planning and assessments by trained assessors to understand the reasons behind your unique experience of feeling lonely, we provide a friendly service aimed at reducing loneliness and improving wellbeing. This can include conversations, outings to social events, assisting you to stay connected with loved ones, or helping you with daily activities at home.
Companionship Care
A dementia diagnosis can come as a shock to the person with the condition and those around them. Our specially trained staff are here to help ensure you receive the assistance you require. We offer specialist care for individuals living with dementia, focused on safety, familiarity, and emotional reassurance in a comfortable home environment. This can include help with meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication management, and access to the community and social activities.
Dementia care
We offer a 24-hour support from a dedicated trained carer to those needing extra assistance to remain at home, allowing individuals to remain in their own home while receiving continuous, personalised care. Staying within familiar surroundings can be essential for overall well-being, and a good quality of life.
Live-in Care
Our short-term care service is designed to give family members a break, while ensuring their loved one continues to receive high-quality support.
Respite Care
Support for individuals with more complex needs, including physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and long-term health conditions. Care is tailored and delivered by experienced, fully trained carers.
Complex & Specialist non-clinical Care
We provide support with meal planning and preparation, helping individuals maintain a healthy, balanced diet while remaining independent at home. Our experienced carers can assist with everything from preparing fresh meals to encouraging regular eating routines, always taking into account personal preferences, dietary requirements, and cultural needs.

Frequently Asked Questions:
How quickly can care start?

We aim to start care as quickly as possible, often within 24–48 hours depending on your needs and location. We’ll first carry out a consultation to understand your requirements and create a personalised care plan.
Are your carers fully trained?
2
Yes, all of our carers are carefully interviewed, must provide relevant references, and undergo enhanced DBS checks before advancing on to Alef Care’s mandatory training. We ensure every member of our team is equipped to provide safe, professional, and compassionate care.
Are you CQC registered?
3
Yes, we are a CQC-registered care provider, meaning our services meet strict standards for safety, quality, and care delivery. This gives you confidence that you or your loved one is in safe hands.
What areas do you cover?
4
We provide home care services across Liverpool and Bristol, with dedicated local teams in each area. Contact us to confirm coverage in your specific location
Will I have the same carer each time?
5
We aim to provide consistency by assigning the same carer, or a small, regular team of carers. This helps build trust and ensures continuity of care.
